Antique handmade, potter wheel thrown stoneware clay salt glazed SMALL SIZE one gallon crock with it's original decorative blue bird on branch on the front marked Frank B. Guaranteed old and original; this is not a fake or reproduction. 7 3/8" tall by 8 1/8" diameter at the top.

Very good original undisturbed condition noting a faint hairline crack at the center of the decoration extending through the top leaf downward through the bird and bottom leaf. Otherwise minor in-the-making flaws of finger smudges to the clay below the birds breast and kiln pops to the blue glaze during firing for accuracy as found.
