Molded base, neck and handles. Attributed to Peter Herman, Baltimore, MD. Great cobalt decoration is crisp, clear, and thickly applied. Outstanding surviving condition with 1 stone ping and a couple pin head size flakes off the rim. Two molded applied handles remain in as made condition.
