Antique Stoneware Jug w/ Cobalt Decorated "Paddle-tailed" Bird, N. Offered today is a fine, antique, blue cobalt, decorated. Decorated with a wonderful deep, rich, cobalt blue "paddle-tailed" bird! Note NO FRY to the decoration!!

A wonderful example with a great, classic blue bird decoration typical of the White's of Utica family of potters. Condition is outstanding with no chips, repairs or restorations! Only one small minor y-shaped spider on the shoulder of the jug. Size: 13-1/2" high x 9" Diam. A fine and rare example of American folk-art decorated stoneware.
