Antique decorated stoneware crock pitcher Somerset cty pa G&A BLACK somerfield
Antique Decorated stoneware pitcher marked 1 gallon attributed to G & A BLACK of somerfield pa, southern somerset county overall good condition with no cracks or repairs.. Now there is a chip on the top side of the spout about 3/4 inch wide but maybe only 1/16 of a inch deep , this can be seen in the photos. Also there are 2 small chips on the top rim. There is some glaze run on the side that's shaped like a triangle this also is in photos.
Lastly there is a small indent/kiln touch on the front in the area of the downward leaf this to has been photographed overall this is a very nice pitcher with a few minor imperfections. However this does still display very well. Please look at pictures as they are part of the description and ask all questions I'll be more than happy to answer.
