Stoneware Fruit, Canning or Preserve Jar with five similar 3-petal Cobalt decorations, Half-Gallon capacity, Mid-Atlantic origin, ca. Straight-sided cylindrical form with tooled and squared rim. Salt-glazed exterior; Mineral Slip interior. Condition: Expected rim and base wear from age and use, including a few tiny nicks, as shown; otherwise in Excellent, undamaged condition.

No cracks, repairs or restoration work. See photos for complete details and close-ups. Please consider them as part of the description. Approximate Half-Gallon (2 Quart) capacity; measures 8-3/4H with a base diameter of 5-1/4. Weighs approximately 3.5 lbs.
