Antique WESTERWALD Salt-Glazed Blue & Grey Stoneware 2-Handled Crock Pot 1870
Antique Westerwald gray with cobald blue German stoneware. Made on potters weel and painted by hand. This crocks are burn in woodfirestove about 48 hours. In the last hours they put salt in the stove and this make the glace.
Please understand that the items we sell are old. And as such demonstrate characteristies of age wich may include weare scratches bubbles plattern irrugularities , mold marks etc.
We try to accurattely describe any chips cracks or other damage that woud impact the value of the price. This are of the oldest crocks you can find extrem rar over 100 jears used. Measures 8,5 inch high Diameter 8 inch.
