Exquisitely Molded Butter Crock by Whites Pottery of Utica featuring a Deer Hunt. The crock features a Two Hunters with their Trophy Deer on One Side and Two Deer Who Escaped on the Other. Detailed trees and grass provide the background. The lid includes the grass background and three deer. The base measures 4 1/2" tall and 7" wide.

These crocks come in 6 different sizes: 1-6 in the order of smallest to largest. 2, which is hard to find, particularly in this condition. The crock is in excellent condition. The is a tiny chip on the bottom of the crock which is visible in the photo. It's difficult to see because it's so small.
