15 1/2 inches tall DESCRIPTION. Unmarked but this bird is unmistakably from the Fulper factory, New Jersey.

Fulper birds are fairly common. However, this specimen is rare for its exceptional proportions, color, and overall quality. Please call the shop for concise in-hand condition reports.
