15 1/2 inches tall DESCRIPTION. Dazzling large specimen with a tear in his eye!

Unmarked but this bird is unmistakably from the Fulper pottery, New Jersey. While Fulper pieces are fairly common this particular bird is unusually fine in terms of large proportion, color, and crisp artistic rendering. Small spall occurred in firing; shallow flake on base. All in all-- quite exceptional condition. ATTENTION: Please Examine the entire ad + photos carefully and ask all questions up front.

Anything that is genuinely old will have condition issues. We do our best on these descriptions.
