I have been collecting fine crocks for the last 30 years. If you are interested in any of these crocks please make a reasonable offer and I will consider it. This is a Very Nice Western PA Cobalt Blue Decorated 1 Gallon Crock. Beautiful deep cobalt blue against a medium gray.

This crock has one of the sharpest contrast in vibrant color that I have seen. Unlike many crocks that the cobalt blue is either week or blends into the jar, this one really catches your attention! The crock has no cracks, chips, or flaws that i can see.

The only thing I noticed were a couple of lines near the bottom that are only on the surface and do not go thru the crock and are probably from the firing process. Most of the time these colbalt blue decorated crocks have distinct cracks or chips... A beautiful jar for that discriminating collector. The item will be well packaged and insured.
