19th C Western PA Five Stripe Striper Stoneware Wax Sealer Crock AAFA

  
This great stoneware crock stands 9.75" tall and measures 4.75" from rim-to-rim with a 3.25 opening. It is boldly decorated with five stripes (three straight and two wavy). It is in very good condition, with all minor imperfections shown in the photos.

There are a few indentations in the clay, two flakes on the bottom rim, flaking to the inside rim, and some minor running to the blue slip.
