Wheel-thrown, cylindrical form with tooled shoulder and flat rim. Note the recessed groove at the collar where a cloth or waxed paper cover could be securely fastened with twine. Decorated on the body with (3) Clover-like decorations in bold, Brushed Cobalt.

Condition : Very Good+ with desirable size, attractive form and strong color. Minor imperfections are noted below. Rim is has utilitarian wear including two shallow chips, as shown. Its is also slightly out of round.

Body is clean with inherent glaze, surface and firing imperfections, in-the-making. One light vertical stain noted. No cracks, repaired damage or other excuses. See photos for complete details and close-ups. Please consider them as part of the description. Measures 9-3/4H x 6-1/2W overall.
