American Antique Stoneware Salt glazed Flask Graceful Ovoid form

  

Presented is a graceful ovoid shaped stoneware flask. It is 8" high, 4" at the widest part and 2 across the base. The is scattered wear to the glaze, which may have resulted from being in a river.

Note the narrow groove below the lip. Similar to that found on some Remmey pieces. Other than the wear, this flask is in very good condition. Please view photos and ask any questions.
