Antique 1 1/2 Gal Haxstun Ottman & Co Fort Edwards Cobalt Floral Stoneware Jug

  
This is for a great antique 1 1/2 gallon Haxstun, Ottman & Co. Stoneware jug with a beautiful cobalt floral decoration & an applied strap handle.

It is stamped in a "1 1/2" capacity mark & has a light blue cobalt wash with Haxstun, Ottman & Co. Fantastic cinnamon hues in spots. It measures approximately 11 3/4 inches height by 8 inches across at base. Its only flaw being a very small tight glaze line on underside of handle that does not go through to the top side.
