This is an original antique (mid to late 19th century) 3 gallon stoneware butter churn with salt glaze on the outside, Albany slip glaze on the inside, and a cobalt blue flower decoration on the front. Condition is very good but there is one hairline on the side and a small chip in the top edge. The churn is solid and sturdy and displays beautifully!
