This is an original antique (late 19th century) 3 gallon stoneware crock with salt glaze on the outside, Albany slip glaze on the inside, and cobalt target decoration on the front. I don't know who the maker is, possibly Red Wing. The crock has two small crow's feet (one on the front that does not go through to the inside, and one on the side that goes through). There is also a shallow chip on the top edge that appears to be from the factory. The remainder of the crock looks excellent and it displays beautifully.
