Own a piece of history. Stephen Green Lambeth Pottery Stoneware Crock Jar Pot Antique Lambeth. This jug has no cracks and the only chip (on the very bottom) happened prior to glazing during the manufacturing process. The color is a nice warm brown and the has a roping detail at the top.

FO Patent (at the top) Then. This most likely came from London's. STEPHEN GREEN'S IMPERIAL POTTERIES, PRINCES STREET, LAMBETH. The two floors of the pottery include numerous kilns, a modelling room and a crushing mill. A number of stoneware potteries in Lambeth emerged in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries notably James Stiff and Sons and Stephen Green's Imperial pottery.

The factory closed in 1869. Size is 6.5in tall and 4.5 in wide.
