Buff colored stoneware clay, so likely from the Zanesville, Ohio area. Unable to find another one like this in any of our books or online, so safe to say rare.SIZE: Approximately 9.75" tall x 15" across from the edge of the handle to the tip of the spout. Weighs 9 lb 12 oz before packaging. CONDITION: Free of chips, cracks, stains or repairs.
Normal mold imperfections associated with early stoneware production including a factory original glazed over area where the spout meets the body. Holds liquid and works properly.
