Up for sale is this fantastic Union Stoneware, Red Wing, MN #3 Gallon crock jug. It is a hand turned beehive jug.

The lettering on the front is blue. It measures about 13 1/2 tall. Overall this jug is in fantastic condition! Not quite perfect, but pretty darn close! It has a crack at the base of the handle.

It seems sturdy and I have picked it up with the handle with no problems. That being said I would not recommend using the handle unless you had to. There is one tiny chip at the bottom as pictured. There are some imperfections from when it was turned.

I have pictured those as well. It is NOT a crack at the bottom! Just a crease in the clay from where it was hand made. A super nice piece to add to your collection!!! I have wiped it off a little but, but it may still have a bit more dirt here and there.
