A gorgeous antique small English Stone Jar. Wonderful for utensils in a kitchen setting or for an artist's. Wonderfully textured, It can be used in any decor in all seasons. Historically made to store liquids & preserved foods such as olives, fruit and other items in the cellar. Thick, heavy structure to keep items cool. No holes in the body of the pot and still retaining the two side handles, it has great patina & authenticity. Perfect display piece for an authentic Farmhouse decor. All of our English & French stoneware were collected one by one.
