ANTIQUE SALT GLAZE STONEWARE 4 GALLON , SIGNED IN COBALT BLUE CROCK IN WONDERFUL CONDITION. THE CROCK STANDS 12 TALL, BELLY GIRTH IS 34 1/2 AROUND AND MEASURES APPROX. 12 ACROSS EAR TO EAR. THE TOP ROLLED RIM AND BOTTOM RIM ARE PERFECT.

(facing) RIGHT EAR IS PERFECT, LEFT EAR HAS A SMALL SURFACE SCRAPE (see photos) DARK BROWN GLAZE INTERIOR HAS A 3 1/2 VERY SHALLOW SURFACE SCRATCH. THERE ARE 6 LINES ON THE BODY COMING UP FROM THE BOTTOM RIM THAT ARE FROM BIRTH AS THEY ARE EVENLY GLAZED OVER JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE BODY. 4 AND INITIALS ARE CLEAR, EASY TO READ AND TAKE UP ABOUT 1/2 OF THE FACE.
