Pictured is an uncommon & infrequently seen rainbow-sponged stoneware pantry crock offered for sale. The tapered container is cleverly decorated in a checkered pattern with both blue & a dark tan (rustish) coloration. It measures 5 1/4" in height, 7 1/4" rim diameter, & dates from 1905 - 1925.
