This crock dates to the late 1920's to early 1930's. The are 2 manufacture defects. The first is a air bubble in the glaze to the left of the maple leaf. The second is a small 3/8 underglaze separation crack to the part where the handles attach (see photo) caused from shrinking when the crock was fired in the kiln.
