Small 7 Antique American NJ Salt Glazed Cobalt Blue Decorated Stoneware Crock

  

It's approximately 7" tall and 8 and 1/2" across the handles. There's some damage, mostly minor, and factory flaws, see all 20 pictures. The last photo shows a note I found inside of it that may assist in identifying it.
